Nordic forwards are dropping on Wednesday morning on the back of stop-loss selling activity and bearish market sentiment, market players said.
The Q3 10 contract had shed EUR 0.30 day on day at the time of writing at EUR 46.70/MWh, while YR 11 had lost EUR 0.55 at EUR 45.50/MWh. "The curve is under pressure as the falling prices trigger stop-loss sales and depress prices further,” said Frank Evensen from Norwegian brokerage QEB.
