Nordic power contracts are trading up on Friday morning, on the back of a forecast for colder and drier weather, traders said.
The Q2 11 was last seen at EUR 55.40/MWh, up EUR 2.75, whilst the March contract was up EUR 3.80 to EUR 65.10/MWh.
According to the EC ENS 00 forecast from SMHI there will be 1,735 GWh precipitation over the next ten days, which is 2,419 GWh less than normal for the time of year, and temperatures will on average be 9.9 degrees centigrade below normal in the same period. At the tail
