Prices in the Nordic power market are recovering on Thursday morning in line with drier weather forecasts, a player said.
The Q4 10 contract was last traded at EUR 47.80/MWh, up 50 cents from Wednesday's close, while the YR 11 was up 55 cents at EUR 43.80/MWh. "Prices are rising a bit on the back of slightly drier weather, although the forecasts are still wetter than normal,” said Rolf-Helge Sørensen at brokerage Bergen Energi.
The latest EC 00 forecast showed 9.6 TWh of precipitation
