Nordic Market - Prices rise on cold spell, nuclear outages

Nordic forward prices are rising on Wednesday morning amid cold temperatures and low Swedish nuclear production, players said.
The front week last traded at EUR 41.75/MWh at Nord Pool, up EUR 0.90 compared to Tuesday, while January traded last at 40.85/MWh, up EUR 0.50. The front quarter contract last traded at EUR 39.20/MWh at Nord Pool, up EUR 0.21.
