Nordic forwards are firming on Tuesday morning, breaking technical resistance levels on the back of cold weather and a tight power balance, inciting "everybody to go long”, traders said.
The benchmark Q1 10 contract was last seen at EUR 39.45/MWh, up EUR 0.35 day on day. Meanwhile, YR 10 had risen EUR 0.40 at EUR 38.40/MWh.
