Nordic power prices are trading sideways on Thursday morning amid thin trade ahead of the midsummer holiday.
"Prices opened up as the marginal cost of coal power was a bit higher. But this has fallen again, and prices on the curve have also slid back,” said Jens Nordberg at Swedish supplier Din El.
The Q3 10 contract was last traded at EUR 46.65/MWh, 10 cents above Wednesday's close, having peaked at EUR 47/MWh earlier in the morning.
