Nordic power prices continued down this morning, following softer prices for German power, carbon allowances and oil. Prices have later recovered, probably due to a drier weather update.
While most models forecast more than twice the normal precipitation amounts in the next ten days, the latest EC 00 model predicts 2.5 TWh less precipitation, providing one explanation why prices are recovering.
