Commodities – Oil volatile, CO2 gains

While the oil market is nervous about a proposed Opec cut in production, carbon prices strengthened slightly.
Crude prices were volatile on Tuesday, with the market still waiting for news on Opec’s plans to cut production by up to 1m barrels a day.
