Oil prices firmed a little after seeing below USD 60 levels. Prompt gas strengthened, followed by coal, whilst carbon lost further in value.
The oil prices moved below USD 60 Monday before gaining in value again. The Brent front month at ICE traded at one point at USD 59.32, however gained later during the day to settle at USD 60.80/barrel. The corresponding contract on the US Nymex exchange traded between 59.52 and 62.15 Monday, settling at 61.45, up 0.90. The brief fall was due to a positive supply outlook in the market, as
