Crude oil prices continued to track on their southern path Friday as more bear signals hit the market. Week on week, the Brent front month lost shy of four dollars in value.
Crude oil prices eased further on Friday with the settlement prices ending down more than a dollar both in London as well as in New York. The Brent for October delivery traded at an intraday low of USD 65.16 on Friday and settled down 1.20 at 65.33/bbl. The Nymex WTI front month was fixed at USD 66.25/bbl, down 1.07 day on day.
