A falling dollar is pushing crude oil prices to new records, with gas following the upwards movement. Strong coal prices limited the rise for carbon.

Oil prices once again reached new heights Monday, and other commodities followed. However one analyst said he expected the price for crude oil to drop to around USD 100/barrel in the near future.
