Oil and coal prices fell on Monday while gas gained in value and European carbon ended up a touch.
Oil prices fell on Monday on rumours of possible production increase by Opec. In New York , WTI shed USD 1.70 to settle at USD 94.61 a barrel, while the ICE December Brent contract dropped USD 1.20 to end the day at USD 91.98 a barrel. Prices this morning have moved sideways; the Brent December contract was last traded at 91.87 (-0.11) and WTI front month crude at USD 94.69 (+0.07).
