Oil prices are rising on Friday morning after Thursday's fall.
The front-month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 43.77/bbl on the ICE platform, up 41 cents on Thursday's close.
The January WTI contract on Nymex, which expires on Saturday, last traded at USD 36.80/bbl, a gain of 58 cents on the previous close. The February WTI contract last traded at USD 42.40/bbl, up 72 cents.
