WTI crude has continued to build on Friday's two-year high on Monday, largely on the back of bullish US employment data released at the end of last week, said players.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 88.20/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.09 on Friday's close, while the WTI December contract on Nymex traded USD 0.19 higher at USD 87.04/bbl. WTI hit a two-year high of USD 86.85/bbl on Friday.
