Oil prices are trading close to 78 dollars in London this morning, as nerves remain high over the dispute in the Middle East.
Oil is rising further as the conflict between Israel and the Lebanon based Hizbollah continues to heat up the political situation in the Middle East.At London’s ICE, the front month Brent contract is trading at USD 77.95/barrel, up 68 cents from the settlement price on Friday. Prices went up around five per cent last week after the conflict between Israel and Hizbollah erupted.
