Oil and gas markets firmed again on Thursday, with gas prices soaring in the afternoon on the back of a gas platform fire in the North Sea. Carbon and coal continued the upwards movements from the previous day.
The gas markets were volatile on Thursday afternoon, caused by a fire on aNorth Sea gas platform. The Bravo gas rig in Centrica´s Rough field stores North Sea gas for UK consumption.
