(Heren Energy) - The Day-ahead contract at Zeebrugge started at a high of around 17.95 p/th before falling sharply to 17.10 p/th late in the session. In the Weekend period, one player pointed to more buyers than usual with traders reporting one aggressive seller in the market.
The period traded down from a level of 17.70 p/th to 17.30 p/th, and then retraced a touch before falling again. It closed 0.75 p/th lower than Thursday at 16.80-17.20 p/th. The Within-Day period went through unusually low at 0.5 p/th basis above the NBP. “At that price you are just offloading gas for a loss.
