The Year 10 contract is strengthening slightly on Thursday morning, following a stronger German market and more optimism in the financial markets, players said.
The YR 10 contract last traded at EUR 37.00/MWh, up EUR 0.15 from Wednesday's close.
It was mainly a stronger German market keeping the Nordic curve up further out, while emissions and firmer oil prices were likely contributing as well, players said. The German Cal 10 contract traded at EUR 53.25/MWh at the time of writing, up EUR 0.50 from Wednesday's close.
