Nordic Market - Winter weather lifts curve

Nordic forward prices are rising on Thursday morning on the back of drier and colder weather forecasts.
The February contract last traded at EUR 37.00/MWh at Nasdaq OMX, up 35 cents from Wednesday, while the Q2 12 contract last changed hands at EUR 32.75/MWh, up 25 cents. "I think today's price rise is mainly weather related. Even though there is no major change in the forecasts, it seems that the period with very wet and mild weather is over and that we will see more normal winter weather
