Strong demand and little wind are likely to give another strong system price tomorrow. Forward prices stay firm on quite dry outlooks for the next 10-day period.
The weather is likely to stay cold and dry tomorrow, and in addition wind power output in Denmark is expected to drop to just over 10 per cent of maximum output. At Nord Pool, the day-ahead contract was last traded at 219, which is almost 4 NOK higher than the strong Tuesday system price of 215.43 NOK/MWh.However, a Swedish trader believes that the spot will soften.– I think
