The gap between prompt and curve prices in the Nordic power market continued to widen this morning, as the market once again was torn between bearish weather forecasts and bullish fuels.
In the front, the week-ahead contract was traded down to EUR 39.90/MWh (-0.56) this morning, under heavy influence from wet, mild and windy forecasts from early next week."The front is weak, and I expect the system price to come down to EUR 38-39/MWh on Monday.
