Prices in the Nordic power market are falling on Monday morning on the back of sustained wet weather forecasts, players said.
The Q4 10 contract was last traded at EUR 46.45/MWh, down EUR 1.20 from Friday's close, while the Year 11 was down EUR 1.00 at EUR 42.50/MWh. "The wet weather is pushing prices down. It's as simple as that,” said Sigvald Maldal, trader at Norwegian utility Lyse Energi.
