Nordic forwards are falling on Wednesday morning on the back of wet weather outlooks, but traders expressed mixed views on whether prices were likely to continue down.
The Q3 11 contract was last traded at EUR 55.05/MWh, down EUR 1.25 from Monday, which was the last trading day in the Nordic market due to a public holiday in Norway on Tuesday. Furthermore, the June contract had fallen by EUR 1.38 to EUR 54.25/MWh, while the Year 2012 contract had shed EUR 0.65 to EUR 51.15/MWh.
