Drier weather prognoses and continuously firming CO2 prices push Nord Pool prices upwards today. V2-05 keeps hitting new record levels, and was last traded at 314.50 NOK/MWh, up 5 NOK from yesterday.
The autumn contract has gained 13 per cent since the middle of June. The contract was traded at 308.50 earlier today, but is last traded at 314.50 NOK/MWh. The front contracts are also increasing today, and week 28 and 29 have increased by 2.25 and 3.00 NOK to 215 respectively 221 NOK/MWh.
