Nordic Market - Uncertain weather and nuclear power

Prices are firming Tuesday morning, mainly on the back of drier weather outlooks. In addition, nuclear power plant outages are creating some uncertainty.
The forecasts show precipitation below normal in the coming 10 day period. "It has been a while since we've seen less than normal amounts. The conditions look more unsettled at the end of the period, but it does not look like we'll get a lot of rain.
