The weather development is very uncertain, as there are large variations in the prognoses for the coming ten day period. The forward contracts are being traded back and forth around yesterday’s settlement.
Q1-07 is traded in a EUR 63.25-64.25 range so far this morning. Players comment that it seems like we are entering a quite wet period, but that the precipitation forecasts are varying a lot in the different models.
