Nordic Market - Surprising spot lifts front end

Forward prices jumped Monday morning on the back of a stronger than expected system price and drier and colder forecasts.
The system price rose to EUR 32.95 today, which was well above the expectations before the weekend. South Norway is still priced far lower than the other areas at EUR 25.16, withSweden, Finland and the rest of Norway above EUR 37."The NO1 area is very weak, while the other areas are showing strength, among other things due to start-up costs because of low windpower production in Denmark.
