Prices are back on a bullish track Monday morning, although some players are struggling to see clear fundamental reasons for the rise.
The front quarter was traded as high as EUR 75.15/MWh this morning, 1.55 euros up from Friday's close. The contract was last seen at EUR 74.55/MWh (+0.95)."Prices surged at the opening, but I don't really see any fundamental factors to support it," said one Norwegian trader, pointing to quite normal weather forecasts and a system price in line with the expectations.Meanw
