Nordic Market - Still wet

The forward market is softening slightly Tuesday morning. Forecasts are still wet, and carbon prices are easing off.
The Q3-07 contract was last traded at EUR 24.95/MWh, down 10 cents from yesterday’s close. “The Q3 contract is driven by the good hydrology and wet forecasts, and I expect it to test the EUR 24.50 level. However, it could probably be a bit difficult to push the price below that, and then the contract could return back to the well known EUR 24.50-26.50 range,” says Rolf Helge S
