Most signals are pointing up Tuesday morning, and forward prices have taken a leap from yesterday's close. The front end of the curve has gained around two euros, while the contracts from 2008 and forward have increased by around one euro.
"The firm spot market is lifting the front end of the curve, while strong fuel markets and CO2 are pushing up the long end," said Jens Østbye at Eidsiva Energi.
