Nordic Market - Split in two

The front end remains under pressure from wet and mild forecasts, while strong fuel markets are supporting the year prices.
Today's forecasts are wetter than yesterday, showing around 150 per cent of normal precipitation amounts and temperatures five degrees above normal. Consequently the front end prices are dropping in value, with Q2-08 last seen at EUR 40.70/MWh, down 40 cents from yesterday's settlement.
