Prices continued down in early trade, as the forecasts still show lots of precipitation in the next ten days.
However, the downwards movement seems to be slowing down, one trader comments. “Some players want to secure profit after the large fall. I assume it will take a further softening of the spot prices to get the front forward contracts much lower,” he says.There are however still no signs of a weather change, and nothing to indicate that the down trend should be broken, he adds.
