Nordic power prices are rising sharply on Monday, with the Q1 contract hitting an all-time high of EUR 58.45/MWh in early trade.
The contract was last seen at EUR 58.15/MWh, up EUR 3.02 on Friday's close. "The weather forecast is extremely bullish. But the size of the movement is stop-loss driven, it is not in proportion with fundamental input,” said Sigvald Maldal of Lyse.
