Nordic Market - Pushy

The weather outlooks have turned drier since Wednesday and consequently prices were pushed up this morning.
The autumn contract was back above 280 NOK/MWh and the buyers were clearly in majority this morning. The sellers demonstrated their presence at this level too however, but the bellwether contract was still lifted some 5 NOK during the morning session. BullishAnd the market is bullish, a Norwegian trader said.- Today I doubt that prices will be lifted much more

Nordic Market - Finally falling
“Yesterday prices rose on wet forecasts, and today it’s falling on drier forecasts. Contrary to what you would expect,” a Norwegian producer says. He thinks that the reduction today is sensible, but still perceives that the price level is high. “The high prices are based on expectations of a dry summer,” he says.

He thinks that the reduction today is sensible, but still perceives that the price level is high. “The high prices are based on expectations of a dry summer,” he says.
