Nordic Market - Profit-taking in bullish market

The weather outlooks remained dry this morning and prices were lifted to new altitudes. Prices fell a little during the forenoon session as players were taking profit, however, but traders maintained that 300 NOK/MWh is the next level.
- This morning players took profit, but taking the upside step by step I won’t be surprised at all if the autumn comes up to 300 NOK/MWh. That could happen already tomorrow given the right weather input. Today I doubt that we’ll see prices much higher as the present has become a little afraid of heights after yesterday’s somewhat panicky buys. At some point we will encounter t

The morning market attempted to take prices down, but were instead lifted back to old heights. “Small amounts of precipitation are delivered and forecasts remain quite dry,” a trader at a Swedish producer said.
