Nordic forwards are rising on Friday morning, mainly on the back of optimism in the stockmarkets and stronger global commodities, players said.
The benchmark Q3 09 contract had gained EUR 0.05 at the time of writing, trading at EUR 35.45/MWh, while the front year had risen EUR 0.40 to EUR 38.40/MWh. Earlier, the contracts were seen at EUR 35.75/MWh and EUR 38.50/MW respectively.
