Nordic power prices are coming up on Thursday morning on the back of drier weather forecasts, players said.
The Q1 10 contract was last seen at EUR 38.05/MWh, up 55 cents day on day, while YR 10 was up 30 cents at EUR 36.90, despite Wednesday's fall in oil and coal prices. "The front end of the curve is reacting to slightly drier and colder weather forecasts,” said André Hellström at Swedish supplier Östkraft.
