Nordic forward prices are recovering after hitting a three-month low early on Wednesday morning on the back of wetter and milder weather and weaker spot prices, traders said.
The Q2 contract last traded at EUR 41.05/MWh, up EUR 0.10 at Nord Pool from Tuesday, while the 2011 contract last traded at EUR 38.80/MWh, unchanged from Tuesday. Prices had recovered from earlier in the morning when the Q2 contract traded at EUR 39.75/MWh, the lowest level since 30 December.
