Nordic Market - Prices likely to drop further

Nordic power prices are trading softer on Friday on the back of wet forecasts and more cautious oil and stock markets and could fall further, players said.
The Q4 09 contract was last seen at EUR 36.20/MWh, down 55 cents from Thursday, while year 2010 was down 50 cents at EUR 37.20/MWh. Players are reacting to wetter forecasts, but I also believe that the oil and stock markets have been rising too fast recently and that a correction is imminent.
