Nordic Market - Prices drop on profit-taking

Nordic forward prices are correcting down on Wednesday as players take profit from the strong rise at the start of the week, players said. 
The Q4 10 contract was last seen trading at EUR 50.80/MWh, down 70 cents day on day, while Q1 11 had fallen 70 cents to EUR 50.80/MWh. "We are seeing a correction that started yesterday afternoon following several days of strong gains in the market. There are also some signs of wetter weather towards the end of the 10-day period, although this is still highly uncertain,” said Pål Johannes
