Nordic forward prices are rising in thin trade on Monday morning due to more cold and dry weather forecasts and stronger oil, traders said.
The Q1 10 contract was last seen traded at EUR 41.90/MWh, up 0.75 cents day on day, while YR 10 was up 0.55 cents at EUR 40.45/MWh. "Prices are rising primarily on the cold weather forecasts but also on firmer oil prices,” said a Swedish trader.
