Prices are coming off again Wednesday morning. Forecasts show that the weather conditions will most likely turn milder and wetter again from the middle of next week.
Analyst Stefan Goldkuhl at Telge Kraft sees a limited upside potential in the short term. “There is plenty of water, and a lot of wind, and spot prices are being kept down. Even though we are getting some winter temperatures now, half of the winter has passed,” he comments.
