Nordic electricity forwards are receiving a positive impetus from crude oil on Wednesday morning, with a slight pickup in coal prices adding to the momentum and boosting trading activity, traders said.
The bellwether Q2 contract was last registered EUR 0.80 higher than Tuesday's settlement at EUR 32.20/MWh, while the YR-10 contract had gained EUR 0.60 at EUR 33.50/MWh.
