The system price is likely to stay very high tomorrow as temperatures will drop further in southern Sweden. In the forwards market, market players are short of fundamental explanations for the recent price hike.
Freezing temperatures have caused the highest consumption of the year in Norway and Sweden today, which explains the high system price of 306.96 NOK/MWh.
