There is more room on the downside for Nordic forward prices as they continue to fall on Wednesday morning, supported by wetter forecasts, players said.
The Q2-09 contract last traded at EUR 33/MWh at Nord Pool, down EUR 0.70 from Tuesday.
The Nordic market had been a bit over-bought and players were still taking profit, said Øyvind Nes, trader at Norwegian company Censu Trading.
