Nordic forward prices opened up this morning, but are now coming down on the back of wetter forecasts.
The weather did not turn out quite as wet as forecast this weekend, and coupled with a stronger than expected system price for Monday and drier forecasts, forward prices gained in value Monday morning, a Swedish analyst explained.Q1-07 was traded up at 65.50, but has since dropped back to a last trade of 63.65, as wetter forecasts have contradicted a dry EC 12 model from this morning.
