Wet forecasts pushed prices down in early trade, before they strengthened again, possibly triggered by the Ringhals incident.
The Ringhals 3 (917 MW) reactor stopped last night after a fire broke out in a transformer, and the reactor will be out for at least two weeks.
“Forecasts are still wet and mild, but the Ringhals outage is pulling in the other direction. The incident brings a little winter fear back in the market.
