Nordic Market - High temperatures, low prices

Nordic power prices are continuing down this morning on the back of bearish fundamentals. The Q2-07 contract is approaching the EUR 25/MWh level.
“Prices are coming down because of milder weather forecasts at the end of the 10-day period. We also see bearish signals from the German market, and the CO2, gas and coal markets. Nordic Market – Climbing on increased nerves
Confirmed dry and cold outlooks are pushing prices further up Tuesday morning, and the nuclear outages are making the situation even more tense. Q2-07 has broken out of the range, and was last traded at EUR 29.35.
