Oil continued to push upwards on Wednesday to the highest levels since the end of January despite news that US crude inventories had reached a near seven-year high.
US front month crude initially traded down to a low of USD 65.58 a barrel on Wednesday after The Energy Information Administration announced US commercial crude inventories rose 2.1m barrels to 340.7m, the highest level in about seven years.
