The Nordic market has come off Tuesday morning, once again following the movements seen for oil, carbon and German power. The weather outlook is quite uncertain, but most prognoses show above normal precipitation.
“The power market is sensitive to changes in the oil prices, and the downwards correction seen in the oil markets yesterday probably helped push down the Nordic prices. In addition, carbon prices and German power prices have eased off, and the forecasts are quite wet,” says Bjørn Steffensen at Kraftinor.
